Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-15 business days depending on destination - see our Shipping Policy for per-destination estimates. UK customers are not subject to additional import charges. For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless shown as included at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We offer 14-day returns, including a statutory 14-day full-refund right for UK and EU customers - see our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags. See our Returns & Exchanges page to start a return.

How do I find my size?

Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, we are happy to advise — just reach out before you place your order.
