Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Business days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

Priority Dispatch & Tracked Delivery. This optional paid upgrade at checkout moves your order to the front of our dispatch queue and ships it with a tracked service. Delivery windows for your destination still apply as set out below.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
United States and Canada: 8-15 business days
Europe: 8-15 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8-15 business days
Rest of world: 10-20 business days

These timeframes are estimates and can occasionally vary due to carrier or customs delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@dolci-vita.com and we will investigate with the carrier straight away.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100. Shipping costs for other orders are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless you shop in your local currency.

Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom incur no additional charges. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority; any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless shown as included at checkout.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at hello@dolci-vita.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund free of charge. Once your order has been dispatched, our 14-day return policy applies instead; see our Refund Policy for details.
