Statutory cooling-off right

If you are a UK or EU customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items and receive a full refund, including the standard delivery cost. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@dolci-vita.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Returns for store credit or exchange

Outside of statutory rights, we also accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as ordered.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: earrings, press-on nails, necklaces, glasses, gloves, hats and leggings.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund, replacement or store credit at your preference.

Final sale items

Final Sale styles are not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by our team. Unauthorised Final Sale returns will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

How to return

Email hello@dolci-vita.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide the return address and full instructions by return email. Please retain your tracking information until your return is confirmed and processed.
