14-Day Returns. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. UK and EU customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order and receive a full refund. Store credit or an exchange is also available if you prefer.

Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as ordered, in line with your statutory rights.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). For the UK, US, Australia and most destinations we prepay all import taxes, VAT & duties, so there is usually nothing extra to pay on delivery. A small number of countries do not permit DDP; there, any local import charges are payable on arrival.
